For those who are not very good at reading ultrasounds, this view is as if you are holding the baby above your head and looking up at it. The left leg is across the top and the right leg and foot are coming down through the middle of the picture. Inbetween the two legs, where the arrow is pointing, reveals that this is in fact another boy.

ok- this is not one of the pics you posted- this one is clear- the top of the others which i believe is this one or another one like it is all blurry and you can not get any of this from it- please play fair now.
