doing the punching bag
Recently when Gabriel has gotten to choose a movie to watch, he has wanted to watch Tae-bo a lot. For those who don't know what that is, tae-bo is an exercise video based on kickboxing or something similar. I picked it up at a yard sale this summer to use to help get me back in shape after having Adalia, but I never got to use it since I ended up not getting bored with my elliptical as quickly as I thought I would. Anyways, the first several times Gabriel watched it, he just sat on the couch through the whole thing. I guess he was trying to learn the moves because now he gets up and does the workout with them (well, at least the best that a two year old can follow along). So at least he's not just being a couch potato when he's watching TV, but he's getting some exercise too!
