Gabriel loves cookies. Ever since I made Christmas cookies last week he keeps pointing to the containers they are in and asking for a cookie. He normally gets one a day which is far less than he would like!
Sunday night we had our annual Christmas party and Gabriel was playing with the other kids downstairs when he saw Aunt Torrie with a cookie. He motioned for her to come to him and then to follow him upstairs and directly to the table which held, of course, all of the cookies. He pointed to the cookies and made it clear that he wanted one too! I have no idea how many cookies Gabriel ate that night because I know Mike fed him 3, I think Torrie fed him 2, and I'm sure he probably suckered several other people into giving them to him as well since he had chocolate smeared all over his face at the end of the night! Unfortunately he still didn't get his fill as the very next day he was back pointing at the containers and asking for a cookie!

Based on what I saw, I think he may have had 10 or 12 cookies that night.
a boy after grandma's own heart!!! I guess it's in the blood.
I remember his mother doing stuff like that when she was little. Then there was the time she helped herself to the cheerios because I wasn't quite fast enough for her. Guess it's in the blood, and the brains to figure out how to pull it off.
